What danger it is to my unborn child if i am smelling paint, lacquer, varnish?i am 4 months pregnant.?

Our office is under renovation %26amp; it really bothers me because i am 4 months pregnant %26amp; i am smelling %26amp; inhaling the odor of the paint, lacquer %26amp; varnish.Please help.
