What's the best kind of spray varnish to use for an acrylic painting? I want shimmery, nonyellow gloss finish?

I like Winsor and Newton brands... any other suggestions?

Winsor %26amp; Newton is very good. Yellowing is caused by any kind of smoke. If you put your paintings in a smoke free (no cooking or using fire place at all), then you can avoid the yellowing. Yellowing is not caused by varnish.
