Large production companies tumble the pieces in drums thn add color and tumble untill it is dry, then they varnish the same way. get a poly 55gallon drum, cut off the top and there you go, roll it slowly so you dont bet up the pieces.Hi, I have thousands of wooden balls I need varnish/paint.
