Is there a type of drill wire wheel i can use to remove paint and varnish from victorian wood without damage?

I have a rotary tool that removes paint but i cant get it into the tight corners and profile of the wood frames and features! Is there a type of drill wire wheel i can use to remove paint and varnish from victorian wood without damage?
I have restored antique furniture and the best thing is formby's furniture restorer, old toothbrush, wooden toothpicks and steel wool.

Most hardware stores have a plastic fibered abrasive wheel that might do what you want. However, if it is truly Victorian, you may be doing more damage that help if you strip it.
That sounds to risky to me. I would suggest having the wood chemically stripped. What are you removing the paint/varnish from? I want to know because there are some things, such as furniture, that are better off left alone.
Do NOT use drill!

Use chemical paint stripper.
A soft brass wire brush may work. I think paint remover is a better solution.
